At some point, small business owner may suffer from crisis. Some of the major crisis includes computer breaks down or the back up didn’t work or the files from the last five months are lost. Sometimes, the break out of flu may result in holding the work for a week, which in turn leads to crisis. There are also long term crisis such as illness, which affects parent, or a child that last for months and longer. So in order to avoid such crisis, we should always be prepared to solve the problem with minimum loses.

1. Have a list of resource
Trying to find resources for your clients at the last minute of the crisis while in the middle is not an ideal deal. You should always have a list of resource and stop procrastinating. This will strengthen your international security power. In your absence, your clients or customers will be taken care and knowing that will make you feel better.
2. Learn to say No.
You should always cut out everything that is unessential. Always learn to say “No” and after saying it, you should also learn not to feel guilty. This may be very hard for you and in fact, it was hard for me too. Your clients may think that you can handle all the workload when in reality you cannot. You should let your clients and customer know this so that you can set the expectations sooner and better.
